Halo Remote-Control Vehicles Hopefully Won't Explode So Easily

NKOK will be releasing later in the year a series of three remote-controlled vehicles based on those found in Bungie's Halo 3. One is a Mongoose, one is a Warthog, and the last...a Hornet.

Yes, the nimble little UNSC flier is the most expensive of the three (at $39), and also seemingly the most popular, as it's already sold out over at online toy emporium BigBadToyStore.

Sounds like a rainy-day blast for the Halo fanboys, though Microsoft purists may baulk at the controller, which bears an uncanny resemblance to a certain competitor's long-running pad design...

Coolest. Thing. Ever.

If I had a kid I would get it for him.

Why couldn't they get the controllers to look like 360 ones? =/

Looks cheap and tackey, do these come free with a mcdonalds?

Now a normal size remote control warthog with detailed finish would be much more appetizing.

the controller looks like the polystation controller

It's possibly a knock off...

Edit: maybe not.....Does Toy's R us have these?
