To be honest, I'm afraid that about 5 to 10 years from now the nintendo-board will be as big a flame-filled board as the Sony and Microsoft boards. I know this sounds Marty McFly in the past crazy but hear me out.

The Microsoft and Sony boards are, in general the most flame-filled boards on the site and probably the most heavily moderated. The Nintendo board in general is quite civil. My believe is that this is due to the majority of the posters on the site. No matter that your a Sony or Xbox fan (especially Xbox fan) - chances are quite big that due to the average age of the people on the site you have been brought up by nintendo. You were the quentessential 9-10-something year old huddling behind your Nes or Snes plating Link to the Past or Yoshi's adventure or Contra. No matter your current affiliation you still respect Nintendo for your childhood which greatly reduces the amount of vitriol on the nintendo-board.

What 5 or so years from now when all the kids only know the playstation? Who only know nintendo in their worst (GC?) years.

were already at that stage, all my friends wer ebrought up on the ps2. and as such aoociate all third partys such as FF with sony. they believe that the only games to appear on nintnedo consolesare those made my nintendo which are restrictive because 'they cant show death, have to make everythig appropropriate for babies and all their games have to hve morals

I hate saying this...Nintendo is civilized because they arnt competing...PS360 share so many multi's and first exclusive that compete day in and day out...Nintendo rarely shares games with PS360, and it seems weird comparing, KZ2 to MP ya know???
