Wii is worth keeping especially for a JRPG fan like you, Tales of Graces, Dragon Quest X and some others JRPG's will be on that system in the future.

i have all three systems with my ps3 getting the most playtime because it has the type of exclusives i like. i still have 3 360 games to play FO3, Fable 2, and TR underworld but Demon's Souls has taken up so much of my time. i understand that money is very tight these last few years but me loving games cannot limit myself to just one system. im also lucky that i have a brother who works at gamestop so i can get keeps at a discount.

I think this was a good decision and made after careful consideration. All told I think you made the right choice.

If it comes down to it, I hope that I could do something similar.

This gen I chosed only one system (Ps3) And I am really happy about my decision. No costs for Online Gaming. And good games. And Bluray too. Its really an all in one box I even have Play TV so I can record Tv Programms on my 500gig HD. Later it will be possible to record them in HD (If they will Modify the Signal here) No console could give me the same experience and I am more then satisfied with the games. Sometimes I think about buying a WII but not at that Price I will buy one, on the end of the Gen for 99 Euros. There are only some games I want to play (Mario Galaxy a new Zelda, Metroid, SSBB) thats it. So no reason to buy one right now.

You will be quite happy with your decision I guess. Especially if You use all of the features of the PS3 (No need to buy a Bluray Player in future) And you can store at least 800 movies on the HD (in SD quality if you buy a 500 GB HD for 99 Dollars) Under my main Tv were 4 boxes (PS2,Reciever,DVD recorder, Mp3/CD Player) Now there is only my PS3. (If the Ps3 wouldnt have Bluray I would have bought a Standalone Blurayplayer too) The place under my TV would be really crowded.

I recall a simliar thread by someone selling their 360 to stick with Sony. The person wound up rebuying the 360 again. I think that was you actually, it was quite a while ago.

@flames_of, actually i did make a thread sometime last year about selling my 360 to get a ps3 and i did. but my parents got me a 360 and some games for christmas, and i got a few as well. but i after i saw what each system had coming out so far this year that we know of and the fact money issues just arrose, like my hrs being cut at work and my doctors bill that needed to be payed, made this decision become a reality.

Wow, you bought a lot of stuff. You said you were selling the Wii/360 stuff because of financial difficulties. If so wouldn't it have been better to save most of the money you got and maybe buy 1 or 2 PS3/PSP games? Are you really going to be able to play all of those 17 games anytime soon? 17 games is a lot to buy at once...

@smbu2000,i traded in all my 360 and wii games and some older games to get these ps3 and psp games, i took money for my 360 and wii systems to use that for some bills and my doctor bill. and i got all those games , because i knew i wouldnt have any money to get some games till around oct, when i get a 3rd check for the month. i was trying to think for my future gaming, since i wouldnt have any money , by doing it this way i have some new games to play for the next several months and no money leaves my pocket. also am looking for a part-time job now too.

Ah, okay now I understand. Good luck finding a PT job and I hope things go well for well. I'm sure you'll have a good time playing all of your new games! :)
