All I can say is the demo is badass and fun as hell.

A 9 is a good score as well.

I dont play the moneyhat game, but Gamespot really isnt very dependable anymore.

 

If you want the most critical site, Giantbomb.com fills that role, and they gave it a 5 out of 5 stars.



I own all three current consoles and a great gaming rig, now thats out of the way.

Yeah Gamestop just seems to copy IGN's scoring for most games mainly because they're probably trying to regain what little cred they have left after several incidents

GameSpot are such suckups now. They've messed up on Sony reviews several times in the past, so now they are remedying that by chucking a 9 at everything on PS3. Even Resistance 2.

Having said that, from my experience with the demo, inFamous deserves it. And from reading the review...wow, GameSpot are improving. But then, just after I think that, perhaps a couple of weeks later, GameSpot always do something stupid and lose all credibility again.

I prefer IGN.
