Forums - Gaming - Finaly, a new sports collection for the WII: Deca Sports

I think this game is trying too put too many different kind of sports in one: karting, snowboarding, volleyball... I can't imagine all of them being executed well. It's a quality versus quantity thing. But if they keep the controlls simple and intuitive as in Wii sports it will be a winner.

But it's developed by Hudson, so I can't be optimistic :/

I wonder why third party games can't use Miis. Without Miis, it's pretty lifeless...imagine Wii Sports with EA Playground-like characters...*shudders*

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

If I'm not mistaken, Fifa will use the Mii's in the table fussball mode

@Onna : No no no. Rockstar presents Table Tennis is anawesome gam, believe me; moreover, it's a budget title (at least on Xbox360) and has very good graphics.

Yes, and Madden uses Miis right? Maybe a couple other games?

But I see these rip-offs like EA Playground and this game...even if this sports game turns out alright...they're using "cutesy" (more like scary) avatars for the players with very limited room to customize their appearance. Miis are stored in the Wii system and also in the Wiimotes...so I wish more 3rd party games would just use the Miis...they'd sell better, cause it's fun to see yourself in the game.

Man...I really hope SSBB has Miis.
