I really hope there was some sarcasm in that comment. This is definitely not the game to get to see what the Wii can do. This is a game to get to see what a third-party can do if they take the time, money, creative talent to work with the wii remote and create a game that even Miyamoto would giggle at.
To see what the Wii is capable of, depsite the door loads, Metroid Prime 3 is it right now. I understand Mario Galaxy puts Metroid to shame, though.
@OT...Dewy is difficult. That is the biggest surprise for me. There is so much going on in the levels and hidden passageways that I'm not sure if I will get the S's in this game like I did in Elebits. And as far as the sucking cannon things go, I think they don't want to let you get out. If you were to hit A to get out it would put you right in front of the cannon, which would suck you back in. IMO they use this as part of the diificulty in the game. For instance, sometimes you need to turn into Ice Dewy to rescue someone in front of one of those cannons. So I don't think it was an oversight on their part.
So far I am enjoying the game, but I'm only at the 2nd boss.
One thing I am worried about....is the whole concept of Tilt Games....
At what point do these games become their own genre...and will there be a huge glut of them? I hope taht if developers decide to really push for this style of game that they try to break new ground each time. It's a welcome relief to minigames, but the Wii could soon just become the "Tilt and Roll" system.
