FFS no he's not he's Disney, Disney uses him in their own developed KH games...

And people are saying FF characters not being in the game is no big deal because very few have had any major roles in any of the games, the main one I could say having a role is Leon AKA Squall and Cloud/Sephiroth having cameos for fan service... after that the story and action is purely made of Disney characters, Sora, Organization XIII, Mickey, Pooh, all Disney...

Okay kids, today's lesson is in trademarks. The primary holding for the game "Kingdom Hearts" is Disney. Hence the listing of their trademark. SE gets credit for the development, but the only trademark they are claiming is their logo. Square Enix has absolutely zero rights to Kingdom Hearts. It's completely Disney's game. Need more proof? Disney already made a Kingdom Hearts game without SE.

Notice how they don't specify the characters that belong do Disney, but the ones that belong to Touchstone and Square Enix. This is most likely because Disney owns everything else including new characters. All SE owns is Final Fantasy IPs. Also more evidence of this is the characters being present in the Cell Phone KH games that were NOT developed by Square Enix.

All you are proving is that Disney owns the characters.

If Leonardo da vinci sells the rights to the Mona Lisa to Frank Thomas, the Mona Lisa is not a Frank Thomas character, it is a leonardo da vinci character owned by frank thomas.

SE developed the Sora character, however, in the negotiations, disney ended up owning it. This does not mean that sora is disney. It's influence comes from SE and from FF, the dimension of which is inhabited by Sora.
