All you are proving is that Disney owns the characters.
If Leonardo da vinci sells the rights to the Mona Lisa to Frank Thomas, the Mona Lisa is not a Frank Thomas character, it is a leonardo da vinci character owned by frank thomas.
SE developed the Sora character, however, in the negotiations, disney ended up owning it. This does not mean that sora is disney. It's influence comes from SE and from FF, the dimension of which is inhabited by Sora.
