So I'm trying to get a platinum trophy on Uncharted and I'm using this guide.

His methods work fine and is giving me the medals but I'm not getting all the trophies.

I used the guide to get Stealth Attacker and I get the medal and then I got the trophy.  I then used the guide to get Brutal Expert.  I did the requirements and I got the medal but I didn't get the trophy.

I then tried the same thing with Expert Dyno-Might!  I got the medal, but I did not get the trophy.

Why am I not getting these trophies and now that I have the medals but not the trophy, does that mean I would have to start all my medals over in order to get a platinum?

You can start a new game and just get those trophies, your other trophies would still remain.

But can I not skip around from chapter to chapter to get those trophies? It worked for some odd reason with Stealth Attacker (I loaded a chapter, got to a checkpoint, and then killed the first guy and reloaded the checkpoint 20 times) but it didn't work with those other two.

Yes you can, but I'm not sure if you can get the trophies once you have the medals.

Not a 100% here... but i think in order to get the trophies your talking about, you have to do the move a certain amount of times in a row with out dying..

I did Brutal Expert without dying and got the medal, it just didn't give me the trophy.  I did Expert Dyno-Might! on multiple checkpoint loads but I still got the medal but didn't get a trophy. 

That kind of blows if I have to erase all my medal data to get those two trophies.  ;_;

I just don't understand why I got the medals but didn't get a trophy.

Slow down, you can just create a new save for getting those two trophies and go back to playing on your old save like nothing happened

Yeah, but what about all those other trophies where I need to warp around to get them?  Are they going to end up being wonky and not let me get them either?

I think its because you had to start a new game to unlock the trophies..

It's still beyond me how you can have such bad luck, I warped around like hell to get the trophies and never had any issues. It should work just fine
