I hated everybody but him. The only one with a damned personality was a cmputer program.

I will rank the Star Trek I have seen:

1. Star Trek (2009)

Yeah.... but he was awesome to be fair.

Other then the doctor I thought...  well I guess he was the only one i liked.

7 of 9 wasn't too bad early on when they were doing the "What's it like to be human" thing... even if it was ripping off Data.

The show really felt more like it was trying to "rip off" (or pay homage) to the best parts of the star trek series more then create anything new.

All the characters felt like copies of characters from previous shows.  Outside of like... Paris. 

Voyager and DS9 ran concurrently though right?  So I don't know which came first.  The Doctor or Vic Fontaine gaining his own personality.

I liked the one with the whales.

I preferred the story-by-story format to Star Trek. 

The fact that the characters didn't necessarily develop and episodes were self-contained was a major plus as it meant that I could jump into any episode and enjoy it.  Voyager and DS9 had the problem where you could jump into an episode with very little understanding of what was going on and simply not enjoy it at all.
