Conduit multiplayer is what I bought my wii for 3 years ago lol. I can't wait for the next two years of wii games. If this is the first of the multiplayer wii offerings, the future outlook is very good as the bar has finally been set somewhere decent.
AFAIK you can speak in matches with common friends and you can also add friend's friends to your list (much like Xfire works). although talking to everyone is better, it's a nice workaround.
the words above were backed by NUCLEAR WEAPONS!
Mine still hasn't shipped from amazon.ca and I feel blue :(

My local GameCrazy ran out of copies due to preorders. How's that?

To lavish praise upon this title, the assumption of a common plateau between player and game must be made. I won't open my unworthy mouth.
XPLAY has reviewed the Conduit...
3/5

Although, I didn't expect much better, they suckle the teat of Microsoft so much that Zunes sometimes fly out of their ears...
Well it seems that The Conduit is off to a good start. Whatever happens now one thing is for sure. HVS has made a mark in the Wii market. Reviewers both good and bad aside The Conduit is showing an initial burst success. There are of course catches. Did any retailers assume success and ordered adequate supplies? even if they didn't the demand is proving larger than the initial supply. Sega and other developers are going to be taking note that indeed there is a demand for GOOD games on the Wii. Hopefully they will learn that making a game doesn't prove success.
The initial burst may fade fast, but it's there. One thing seems certain though it's legs are going to take it pretty darn far.
I congratulate HVS for seemingly taking a risk and in the end coming out on top. We can be rest assured that the Q3 engine will be licensable and for more money per use. Hopefully developers will take a page out of HVS book and also license out the engine.
Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.

I just read the manual and it says that even people without WiiSpeak will be able to hear all the smack talk so I don't think we have to exchange Wii FCs.
