I love Mario remixes and medleys.

The Spoony Bards are my favorite group for it. They have a 16 minute medley called Take Me Back in their First Course albumb that's simply amazing.

It's not quite as amazing as their Take Me Back, but they do a fairly nice little Mario Kart one:
