I am willing to bet my life, nay, my computer, Sally, that if this game was a PS3/X360 exclusive, the internet would welcome it with wide open arms. Soon as they hear its on the Wii though, its shit, its worthless, its going to sell bad, and it doesn't come close to being a quality FPS experience such as Halo 3, Call of Duty 4/WaW, Killzone 2 etc.

Funny how some people seem to have such a problem with this games general existence. So some devs claim to be creating a great game, trying to do some great things here, yet somehow this is a bad thing. Don't like it? Fuck off, why are you even here, stating over and over again that it wont be a great game and you don't care about it, finding the most minuscule of reasons as to why it is bad.

When Killzone 2 was announced and upcoming, did you see me strolling the Sony boards, wondering the internet preaching about how its going to be such a horrible game? In fact, i didn't see anyone doing anything of the sort, i for one kept an open mind and was pleased with the final result. So why must it, when the other way around, be the exact opposite? Don't care huh? So why are you here?

For gamers who hate the entire Wii library so much,I have a hard time figuring out why they want its games on the HD console so much. Every game they want to play (The Conduit, No More Heroes, Madworld), they say "should be on an HD consoles"

I can see people wanting the controls on a 360 or PS3 but I can't see people wanting this game on a 360 or PS3 since they are already flooded with shooters. oh and ixis, 360 people did goto PS3 forums and talk shit about KZ2 =P. the whole Gear2 and KZ2 comparison blahblah bs was always going on.

Why the heck would a game, whose hook is a controller designed for the Wii, be something that would jump to the PS3, 360 or PSP? Considering the glut of FPS titles on the 360 and PS3 (more so PS3), why the heck would the designers even consider this on anything but the Wii? Ok, maybe the DS would be an interesting fit, but any other system?

Let the Wii have this game as the other consoles clearly don't need it.

I agree that 360 owners have bunch of good FPS games to play, but I already heard a lot of "should be in a HD console" (like SaviorX said) for Madworld and The conduit.

I'm pretty sure I've seen random floaty particles in some videos. I'll have to see if I can track down some visual evidence for you.

On topic:

HVS knows it doesn't have the resources to compete with mega-projects like Gears of War, Halo 3 and Killzone 2. They don't stand to gain anything by investing heavily in the highly competitive HD shooter market only to get crushed by the latest Call of Duty release. So they targeted an audience which was cheaper to reach and underserved, where the kind of effort they can afford to make has a chance to get noticed and be a real success.

It's a smart plan. Let's hope it pans out for them.
