My favorite reponse to this whole thread.
Everyone needs to play Lost Odyssey! Any opposition to this and I will have to just say, "If it's a fight you want, you got it!"

Since when did games really push a console? not this late into the generation anyway. |
ff13 demo pushed ps3 sales, although world wide it doesnt really do much. But there still can be system sellers.
Actually, VGC overtracks the 360 rather frequently (and other systems). Just look at April NPD numbers and compare them to VGC's. It's only logical to think there's quite a good deal of overtracking this month too, all the contrary to what the OP thinks.
I don't think the 360 is being undertracked at all. Much to the chagrin of the 360 is so rad crowd, it actually has very few exclusives that many people are interested in.
last I checked it was over tracked and the ps3 under since they just made adjustments. Bother were at .24 million and now look

The PS3 was overtracked not undertracked ...

Mmm, but some titles at the start of this year did give a small push, e.g. SFIV boosting each console 20-40k up for the week.
Sales are really lagging now, and there are no Resident Evils or Street Fighters to stop the slide.

YOU started it, NOT him.
Would you complain if it were overtracking the X-box 360?
In the wilderness we go alone with our new knowledge and strength.
I agree, I think the 360 is undertracked
But I also think that the PS3 is undertracked as well
