Iwata: Nintendo preparing several titles for the end of the year

“The reason why I said today that April, May and June sales of Wii will not reach last year’s results but that the situation will change from summer this year was because the company has been preparing for several titles to be launched toward the end of this year that can drive the market.” - Iwata

I can’t really say that I’m surprised by this news. We know that Nintendo will have one game for the holidays, and will probably launch at least one other in earlier months.

I think we should get pikmin 3,a new mario 2-D game,A turn based paper mario game lkie the GC one, and a new super smash bros

A new smash bros won't happen til at least next gen. Do you even realize how long it will take for them to complete a Smash Bros game? Brawl came out just a year ago.

Not to mention that really, there should only be one Smash Bros. per console.

But that says nothing about a surprise DS version--pretty please?

 

Pikmin 3 will obviously be one of them, but they can't rely on just that game.  They'll announce more at E3, where you fine people on VGChartz will find out in seconds
