I'm not a PS3 hater as I do have one, but I despise Sony with a passion. Sometimes I may say a thing or two for the purpose of upsetting sony fans.
Not a 360 fanboy, just a PS3 fanboy hater that likes putting them in their place ^.^

I mean, I understand where Xbox360 and Wii haters originate but the PS3 haters just confuses me. They are probably not the new gamers that were introduced to gaming through the wii, I'm guessing. What do you think? |
A lot of them were PS2 diehards who felt like Sony wanted to take advantage of them. the PS3 of today is NOT the same PS3 of launch. Or even a year after launch. While I would be considered an Xbot, I couldn't say that the PS3 isn't an excellent system with excellent games. However, when it launched, it charged a ridiculous premium for no return. Even a year after launch, this was the case. The PlayStation brand lost a lot of fanboys, and a lot of its strength during that period. And while they've dropped the price substantially and now have a great game lineup, the feelings of many remain.
Also, some people hate Sony for killing Sega.
And lastly, Sony's PR doesn't make them any friends.

They're also responsible for turning Nintendo into a mediocre company. How is anyone supposed to forgive them for that?

Basically a PS3 hater is someone who doesn't agree with what Sony whats you to believe.. or wait... i mean b.e.l.i.e.v.e. |
Actually, isn't it "b_e_l_i_e_v_e"? It was selected, because I guess the people doing it don't believe in spaces between letters and they didn't realize that there IS underlining as a feature on here.

You know you could resists, but it felt SO good you didn't WANT to.
The fanboy is a horrible creature which primary lives on the net and can not be reasoned with, nor should that be tried. With claws-like fingers it slumps over it's keyboard gnarling blindly against the screen, whenever it sees anything it doesn't like. Following the cries of the online community, society has devised a permanent solution.
Please vote YES on proposition 666 which orders all fanboy's to be caught, locked in a big crate and tossed in the depths of the ocean. Your vote makes a difference. Vote for a free internet.
In the wilderness we go alone with our new knowledge and strength.

This needs to be quoted again.
Anyways and back on topic, it's just like football supporters, just nerdier. The referee always favors the other team, rivals are sworn enemies, the club is always right and always has a chance at winning at the start of the league, etc etc. Then things eventually get derailed, alcohol is added to the mix and finally there's property destruction (internet trolling).

Nintendo?

Excuse me sonny! You do remember there were other companies like ATARI that were in this before Nintendo, right? Others like Colleco, Magnavox, Mattell, and other companies that were part of the landscape YEARS before the NES showed up. The 2600 was a MONSTER console long before Nintendo and Sony showed up.
