Sooo.... the big pop-up ads are gone from VGchartz..

And replaced with Resultlinks mini popups (fake links)...

Sorry but this is just bad... not just for PC users, but for users like me on Cell Phones..

I've been noticing when using my phone at work to view the site it's been taking allot longer to load, and I finally realized that these links take longer to load after the page itself is loaded..

When you type any words (example: games , insurance , love , games , job , ) Resultlink finds these words and attaches links to them so when you scroll over them a little popup comes up.. (see pic below)

I for one would rather have the BIG pop-ups back, at least on my cell phone I would know when it was loading and could bypass it, can't do it for Resultlink..

Can also be confusing as some people might think the the OP has put these links in..

I've been on sites before that used this type of advertising, and I can say that not all the links they bring you to are safe for you computer..

Not to mention this site seems to do fine with advertising (top bar, side bar, between posts, etc..) with out the use of Resultlink..

Its not his computer, ive seen them too. And he is right they do change everytime you view thread. 1st time i viewed thread there was 2 in is OP, now there is none. Also shows in ur sig on your 1st response on thread, but not in second.

They are sort of annoying, fortunately I don't view VGchartz from my cell too often so they don't bother me
