Forums - Sony - PS3 Exclusives Will Continue To Leave The Competition In The Dust

PS3 fangasm pieces need to stop including Uncharted 2 and the new Ratchet and Clank game as system sellers. They spent all last year telling us that Gears 2 would only sell to people who already had 360's, but somehow the reverse is now true....

As for now, you Sony supporters will go through what GameCube owners went through last generation - a bunch of games that don't find their way to your system, developers snubbing their noses at your console. Just enjoy the games you do have and stop getting upset with it falling in last place in this gen's console sales. If you're happy with the games you have, that's all you need.

I don't even think PS3 fanboys will go through that.. 3rd party developers havn't dropped the PS3.. the only exception would be Valve who just don't want to port it their games but are willing to let others do it for them.

Anyone who supports PS3 is a PS3 fanboy... awesome! Get a grip.

But just based on what I see now, it seems that PS3 exclusives not only have the edge...they're destined to dominate. And did everyone see Project Trico? I mean...does anything look so promising for the competition?

And the further along we get, the more exclusives should continue to excel. Hence, wouldn't it be safe to assume that the more developers get out of the PS3's superior hardware, the larger the gap between Sony and its competition will become...? We've all been saying for quite some time that if a developer simply buckles down and focuses entirely on the PS3, they'll produce something better than what could be done on the 360. The fanboys wanted to laugh at that, but based on the exclusives we've already seen and the ones that are on the way...is there any denying this fact any longer? Look, I just calls 'em as I sees 'em. Show me evidence to the contrary rather than shrieking "biased!" at the top of your lungs, and maybe I'll give a listen. Otherwise, just shut it and accept the current facts of the situation. ;)

Let me guess this is according to whom? You? One of the biggest fanboys on these forums. It's all personal preference pal. I agree many of those games sound good or look good but not everyone likes Metal Gear Solid or Killzone or Uncharted etc.

 



 How our favorite systems are just like humans and sometimes have issues finding their special someone...

Xbox 360 wants to Kinect &  PS3 wants to Move!  Why are both systems having such relationship problems?  The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.

Mario Kart Wii? Sure if you're talking about kid friendly/family games but if you're talking actual racers Forza 2 is current king of sim racers and Burnout Paradise is current king of arcade style racers. Mario Kart Wii doesn't even beat Mario Kart Double Dash so how can it be the best it mainly just rehashed a ton of tracks from previous Mario Kart games with nothing new other than online play and took out the innovative new gameplay from MK: Double Dash.

I'm saying a good thing here, no third party developers have dropped the PS3, so why are you attacking my post?

Im going by majority of what ive seen when people compare the best games for genres.

Part opinion... part what ive seen on the site.

Bad idea.  Every poll on here shows there is roughly 3x as many PS3 fans than 360 fans, and 1.5x as many PS3 fans as Wii fans.

the last paragraph is bs, does tons of developers stating that both consoles are equal in terms of graphics means nothing, the reason some PS3 games look better is because of longer development time and more resources put into them

also i doubt all those games will push hardware InFamous, GoW3, MAG and Ratchet and Clank might push sales somewhat but not as much as some hope, Heavy Rain is a niche game so it probrably wont push hardware at all, the only one that i think will probrably push a lot of PS3s is GT5 and FFXIII in Japan

and why are you so worried about PS3 selling more than 360 every thread you make is about this, stop being such a fanboy
