im so sick of reading these endless posts about ps3 exclusives

i hated little big planet, uncharted is not my kind of game, GT5 is a snooze to me, mgs4 is not my thing, killzone 2 i like

its not the list of the greatest games ever, and i am so sick of reading a new post about them every 4 hours or so

if they were that good theyd outsell things, but they dont

You're not alone in that regard but when you're on a site with such a skew of PS3 fanboys you have to accept it.

Once again, sales do not equal quality.

No, but quality should by every standard = sales.  Obviously that is not the case everytime, especially when it comes to PS3 exclusives... why do you think that is?

And neither do reviews or opinions or bytes of data...  So I guess it's pretty nebulous and undefinable, and thus worthless to the converstion at hand.

Believing in the PLAYSTATION®3......IS.......S_A_C_R_I_L_E_G_E

Right.........whatever you say.

PS3 Exclusives are awesome but sony has to market the hell out of them
the last few Exclusive games took a long time to break 1 million in sales

VITA 32 GIG CARD.250 GIG SLIM & 160 GIG PHAT PS3

360 has a pretty good line up that has a lot of appeal, though personally I like the PS3 exclusives more, so I get the articles point.

The thread title sounds like a common title made by Sonic Defense force.Microsoft and Nintendo also have promising exclusives coming,we just have to wait until the E3.

It still takes customers to buy, there may be a lot of good games coming out but if people don't buy them then it won't matter. But it seems there is a crap load of good games so it should move a lot of systems. it should.

Let's face it: the console war comes down to exclusive software. Everything else can be categorized as either trivial or gravy; the top-notch, must-have software that can only be played on one particular platform drives hardware sales. When Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots came out, PlayStation 3 sales spiked for two straight months. No, they spiked for a week, then it went back to normal. When Gears of War 2 came out later in the year, Xbox 360 sales left the other two consoles in the dust. No they didn't. Wii was still in first by a considerable margin, and besides, the 360 had just had a price cut. It's just the way of the industry.

Therefore, I think Microsoft and Nintendo should probably take note- Sony is coming hard Rofl, coming hard with the exclusives and they're going to continue to push the envelope. We already have MGS4 and Killzone 2, both of which are arguably - note I said "arguably," naysayers - as good or better than anything on either the 360 or Wii. No they aren't. And we've still got Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, MAG, Heavy Rain, Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time and Gran Turismo 5 in the future. These are games that will not only sell PS3s but will very likely eclipse any exclusive offerings on either of the other two consoles. Oh, come on. Every console has quality exclusives, and while I agree that the PS3 has the best, a lot of people don't.This is merely speculation, of course, and being a big fan of Gears and the Halo franchise (I own every title in each series) Wow, four titles in the Halo series and two in Gears? Give yourself a pat on the back, I won't say the 360 isn't capable of competing. But just based on what I see now, it seems that PS3 exclusives not only have the edge...they're destined to dominate. And did everyone see Project Trico? I mean...does anything look so promising for the competition? Quite a few things, actually. Although Trico > All.

And the further along we get, the more exclusives should continue to excel. Hence, wouldn't it be safe to assume that the more developers get out of the PS3's superior hardware, the larger the gap between Sony and its competition will become...? What? You think that quality exclusives will decrease PS3 sales? It's in third, in case you hadn't noticed. We've all been saying for quite some time that if a developer simply buckles down and focuses entirely on the PS3, they'll produce something better than what could be done on the 360. But it wouldn't sell as well, would it? The fanboys Like you?wanted to laugh at that, but based on the exclusives we've already seen and the ones that are on the way...is there any denying this fact any longer? Nobody ever denied it.Look, I just calls 'em as I sees 'em. Show me evidence to the contrary rather than shrieking "biased!" at the top of your lungs, and maybe I'll give a listen. Otherwise, just shut it and accept the current facts of the situation. ;) With pleasure, Mr. Sony fanboy.

Those replies coming from a guy who has owned every Sony console, and has never owned a non-Sony home system. That author makes PS3 fans look bad.
