Rare is a real good Developer..And the have not made much towards big retail games..perfect Dark 2 would be a good way to start..and since they have been working with Xbox Hardware for so long now..i can say it should blow people away...

I would really like to see 3 or 4 unknown IP's come out of E3. Maybe we could also get a report that the Peter Jackson's Halo movie is a go and to coincide with it announce Halo4.

A "New" Xbox Experience with some of these features:

Hulu support.
Youtube Support.
Built in Browser.
Update the Avatars so we get achievement clothing/etc..
MSN and/or Yahoo messenger support.

Rare makes consoles sing. Their Snes games were graphically incredible. Their N64 games blew away all competition. Conker on the Xbox was one of that console's best looking games, as was Starfox Adventures on the Gamecube. If Rare does show a new Perfect Dark on the 360, and given the time they've had to learn what the console can do......

As long as Microsoft reveals the release date for Halo ODST, several third party games and we hear something from rare (which I understand is a distinct possibility) they should have a fine E3. I am also hoping for a bomb shell like last year's FFXIII announcement - maybe a confirmation of the MGS rumor going around or something else big like KH3.

Currently dreaming of: DKC4 or Sonic the Hedgehog 4 (classic 2D platformers) for WiiWare, Smash Bros. for DSi, New Super Mario World for DSi, a Wii remake or true sequel of Final Fantasy Tactics.

One down, hopefully more awesomeness to come.
