not for a long while yet...

Well we'll see who's closer, my prediction fo roughly 8 or your prediction of 16-30...

Games take a long time to make. A year ago most developers were still betting one the PS3 winning, and the Wii doing barely better than the Gamecube.  Then it became apparent to everyone that the Wii was going to win, so a lot of resources shifted in the background, and lots of games of all qualities started production. The bad games simply made it here first, because they take a shorter time to make.

Is this really that hard to understand? There have been a bunch of good (80+) games so far, and the really promising ones are just arriving with RE:UC, Nights, and No More Heroes. 

If you're trying to say the PS3 is any better, then you should probably remind yourself that both of the current PS3 million sellers are first party, and the highest rated exclusive on the console only has 86 on Metacritic.

It's true that there aren't many good 3rd party Wii, but many of us still want some of them. :)

The wii appeals to a number of groups,

People who have not got a huge amount of money to spend on systems (5-16 year olds)

People who like the novelty of the system

People over the age of 23 or 24 who have a casual attitude towards games and enjoy something different than they have been used to for the last 15 years.

People who just want the most popular piece of hardware,

Some older people.

People who don't want to be technology nerds. "I want 1080p graphics, (who gives a f)

People who don't want the embarressment of paying 600 euros for what is games machine.

In reality i am not so anti ps3 and 360, i hope to get one in the next few months. I do own a wii. But the reality is that most people do not give a f about msg4 or even gran turismo or even ssbb. They just buy a system on good reviews from friends, or if they have played it in a friends house, or because it is somthing that catches the interest.

So the very reason that ps3 and 360 are not selling that much is the same reason that you are saying that they will sell them. Because of a smuggness and an non in touch reality about some upcoming piece of software that is exclusive to a click of hardcore gamers and to be honest turns off a lot of gamers.

I predicted that chances are the games i listed above will be the only games released between september and decemeber to sell over 500,000 worldwide.

You're dreaming Jimmay. You have 21 games selling w/ a 10% attatch rate on a system no one is buying, and only 8 games with a 5% attatch rate on the hottest electronic device since the iPod. And many of those PS3 games you list will see their sales cannibalized because they're also on the 360. Heck, Trauma Center was basically a port of a DS game, and it sold 400K. And Ratchet & Clank? Those sold about 1million on a console w/ 20x the PS3 base.

Don't argue with him, let's just hold him to his predictions and make him eat crow at the end of the year.
