Hope it puts gamestop out of business.

I hope not, gamestop might be evil but wal-mart is like satan compared to them. Unless wal-mart really dedicates themselves to servicing gamers that would be a really bad thing. Atleast I know I can get stuff on street date at gamestop, wal-mart is very shaky in having games on street date unless they are fairly large releases.

I guess I wasn't as clear as I could have been, I meant in relation to the topic, the second hand business.  Gamestop and similar stores shit over new game customers quite often to try and front used games sales.

Gamestop is used as a measuring stick by most other places that sell used games or are trying to get in the used game business, if wal-mart actually offered better trade in offers i would be shocked. Pleasantly shocked, but shocked none the less.

It'll be cool if you can sell them for a fair price. Although, I wouldn't really trust a machine with this. I can imagine a lot of things going wrong...

Do Not Click here or else I will call on the eye of shining justice on you.

If they give some decent prices/credit for the games then I like it.

The machine scans the disc? So if I hooked that machine up to my TV, I can play EVERY console? hmmmmm........

But seriously, I think that's just a billboard like they have in front of every Wal-Mart. I think that you have to go to the electronics department and deal with an associate. Sorry.

Evidently, you didn't click the link.

I am guessing that this is going to be a failed experiment.

Because just scanning the disk will not let you see if it works.

Also, this is a disturbing trend for those of us who like getting used complete games.
