new video showing some pretty cool gameplay and mission objectives.

THis game makes me more and more excited everytime I watch a video of it, or hear it's soundtrack, or see awesome still screenshots. I think I am swearing off all videos till the game comes out. I am already sold on it, day one for me.

You guys are gonna LOVE the Demo too. The city really does feel ALIVE. THe people react to you in a superhero/supervillain like fashion. The way they cheer for you when you do good..........nothing more satisfying. In the demo I have even gotten the common folk to throw rocks at a Reaper who kept evading me. THe rock clonked him in the head, stunning him, and effectively giving me enough time to FRY HIS ASS!

I am staying away from the videos, though I will give the demo a quick try, I think I know enough about this game already, it will make the first time I get to play it more exciting

There is no giving the demo a "quick" try, lol. The demo will last you anywhere between 30min to an hour depending on how much exploration you wanna do. Infamous by far has the best demo I have ever played.......EVER!

First mission is(DEMO SPOILERS) to stop a hostage train. You can't just blow up the tracks or anything, you have to get it to a safe destination before you can release them due to the high quantity of Reapers patroling the streets. Periodically as you are surfing on the train, the Reapers will disengage the track segments, stoping the train. You have to find the switches(underneath the tracks) and give them a jolt. Unfortunately, the Reapers are usually close by and do not let you pass freely.

When that is done you see a cutscene and move on till night time. Now you get to choose your path. You have 2-3 missions you can select at the moment. I believe the game gives you about 10minutes of leisure so you can go play, then it demands that you pick a mission. The missions also alter whether you are Good or Evil(for demo demonstration purposes). These give a good Idea of the benefits of being evil or good. You also get to meet Cole's Ex-Girl, Trish in one of these missions. Needless to say,she is not your biggest fan, but she tolerates you(more like uses you).

And even when your done with that, there is still more to do. Through the demo the Reapers will frequently take out innocents while gunning for you. You have the chance to show how awesome you are, as you can revive the fallen. When they get up the praise you to death. Do it enough times and mobs of fans start to gather around you. They take pictures and cheer you on. If you get into any battles after that, the citizens will peg enemies with rocks and so on.

GOD.......now I wanna play the demo again for like the 12th time >_>

Then I'll wait for 1 to 2 weeks to get this game. Due to money constraints.

Oh and I forgot about the Blast Shards which are sprinkled all over the city. Find enough of them and it adds a new node to your charge bar, effectively allowing you to hold more juice. This actually is fun because you have to really search the city(for there has to be at LEAST 40 of them) and scale up the tallest buildings.

climbing,power surfing, jumping, etc will net you a few of these shards to boost your blasting power.

And you get experience for just about everything, but the more you do the more you get. Instead of just taking down an enemy, why dont you slap the shock cuffs on him as well,BONUS! Now that youve cuffed him, execute him for an executioner, BONUS!!! Or instead of just killing a Reaper, try blasting him in the air with a force push, then shock the pants off him with a normal blast while he is still suspended in mid air, BONUS!!

I am totally ignoring Forevercloud's post I think it's pure spoilers. LOL!

LOL, I'm not spoiling anything thats not already shown in the demo. If you don't want to know whats in the demo then yea, dont read it ^^.

My point is the game will be action packed with fun and plenty of goodies to go around. I am just so pumped for this game. I want to fall into a coma and not awaken till next Tuesday arrives.

Yup, I won't read it because I want be surprised at the Demo. LOL!
