Well after playing GT5P for many many hours, I can say that it looks better than you give it credit for. From these images you've shown here though, Shift does look better. Gran Turismo 5 though will beat shift

I played and liked GT series. It's not the best though. Recent years have seen GT as not even a AAA title.

90+ Meta is pretty much what this site refers to as AAA game.

GT4 = 89 Meta.

GT HD Concept = 82 Meta.

GT5P = 80 Meta

So The series currently hasnt been AAA since GT3.

I like the games, but there is better on the market.

Forza 1 GT4's direct competition scored 92 Meta.

Forza 2 = 90 Meta.

I refuse to go with fanboy nonsense it's the be all end all racing game. Even Critics have called the last full game and last 2 half games below 9/10.

It's actually really sad to see, the amount he mentions the game be it negative really does show he wants to play the game. Selnor save up and purchase a PS3 if you want to play the game so much. :)

Anyway pretty sure those are PC shots and seriously doubt the game will have the number of cars as GT5 or features so meh nothing special here. Even then it does not look better than Prologue let alone what the full game will look like so as I said............meh.

Edit - It's funny to see Selnor reaching, GT4 got 89 and every chance he gets Selnor says it is not AAA and then he starts mentioning the Prologues.............LULZ.

GT5P looked amazing when it came out. It's inevitable though it will be beaten. GT5 will do that to. :)

Regardless of any metacritic or review scores, GT is seen as the best racing game......period. Far more people will diagree with this post of yours than will agree. Its not 'fanboy nonsense'.........its the honest opinion of millions

Like I said in my post. last AAA GT game was GT3 a Spec. Problem is other racing games started to come out, and GT wasnt all that then. It's still a good series but it's last attempts are not at the forefront of the racing genre. With games like Forza, GTR 2, And we'll see how Shift does it's much harder for GT series to impress. And so far since Forza came along it's lost in Metacritics.
