Forums - Gaming - NEW NFS Shift Screenshots. Impressive.

For ages we have been looking at doctored screenshots of GT5P or PGR4. You know the ones. The replay ones. For instance GT5P runs in 720p whilst playing. But in replays runs in 1080p. Yada, yada, yada.

So here is some Shift with ingame shots. Quite incredible actually. If you compare the ingame shots at first with other racing titles. It wins easily. Detail is so high. Enjoy.

That yada, yada, yada made me think of Seinfeld. I hope that was intentional :D

Wait this game is an EA franchise right ? i'm willing to bet that those screenshots are better than the final game. I don't think they are better than GT5p anyhow.

They look great......yes
But you should never of mentioned Gran Turismo in this thread, it'l just get derailed......again.

You really have an issue with Gran Turismo don't you selnor? Unless Yamauchi ran over your dog you really need to give it a rest.

It look HOT!!! anyways I wonder why EA went back from Free roaming street racing to a NFS in the old days style.

which platform are these screenshots taken from?

And have they been 'dolled' up like the PGR ones you did?

Why bother getting at GT 5 Prologue, I have played it on an HDTV, and it looks unbelievable...

Anyway, those screenshots look great in their own right, and I will probably pick this up at some point, but I don't think I will have enough money to get it when it first comes out

I would imagine that the replay ones are. Just the same way PGR 4 and GT5P are heavily dolled up in replays. For instance actually playing PGR4 and GT5P look nothing like 99% of the images the internet has for those games. The only comparisons we can make are from the ingame cockpit shots. Of which Shift eats PGR4 and GT5P.

But by the by, it looks decent.
