Meh. That's too far away.
And what would a new Gears offer that the first 2 didnt? The reason I am thinking of selling it NOW is because I want to sell it before a PRICE DROP, which would bring the value of a used 360 down a lot as well.
Also the upcoming exclusives for 360 do not interest me much at all. How much should I be asking for, if I sell it with all the games I listed?

If you sell everything with the 360.. maybe you can somewhere around $300-$400. Guessing here.
Also, invest in a gaming PC. You can play Gears 3 on that. :P

I highly doubt you will get that.
At OP:
If you seriously don't play the console and dont feel you will play it substantially ever again, sell it.
1. But to be completely honest, I think this is a troll post designed to further your argument as too why the PS3 is supposedely better than Microsoft's machine. From the games you listed it seems you have gotten an enormous amount of playtime from the console, and you havent even started to look at the Xbox 360's AWESOME (and now cheap) line-up of RPG's.
2. By any objective standard, the Xbox 360 has a better library than the PS3, and it will get all the games the Ps3 gets, plus a bunch of exclusives Microsoft will make/pay for. The PS3 is unlikely to do much to surprise you ever though. Sony doesn't have the money to pay for exclusives anymore, meaning everything you will see is the first party stuff we all know about.

1. You are honestly WRONG. I also stated that I do not like RPG's...so ME and Fable are no interest to me at all. I also posted my Gears 1 vs Gears 2 thoughts last night incase you really doubt that I own a 360.
2. You say that as if it's no big deal. When in reality, Sony has way better exclusives in my favorite genres, and the best "first party stuff" coming up in a long, long time.
MGS4, KillZone2, LittleBigPlanet, inFAMOUS, Uncharted, Uncharted 2, God of War III, Gran Turismo 5, Resistance 1 and 2, Ratchet and Clank Future, Ratchet and Clank Future: Crack in Time, M.A.G, Heavy Rain, etc.
Xbox 360 will never see any of those games. It's actually the opposite. Any "exclusive" that 360 has, eventually comes out on Ps3. Think - Ninja Gaiden 2 (Ps3 gets an updated, better version) and BioShock.
So what exclusives does 360 really have?
Crackdown? InFAMOUS looks much better, and has gotten better reviews.
Dead Rising? Played it. Meh. Dead Rising 2 will soon be out on Ps3.
Left 4 Dead? - Was fun for awhile. I beat 2 of the levels and then lost interest in it.
Lost Planet 2? Not confirmed as an exclusive. At most, this will be a timed exclusive that I can certainly wait for while playing through the plethora of top notch Ps3 exclusives.
Gears 3? Already played the first two... another sequel wont offer anything worth keeping the entire system for.

I didn't say I doubted you owned a 360, just that I doubt the intentions behind this thread. As someone that doesn't like RPG's, I can certainly see why the PS3 would appeal to you.
That said, all you will see from the PS3 with the odd minor exception here and there is their first party lineup. If you're happy enough with Rachet, God of War, GT and Uncharted that you will never want to play the Xbox 360 exclusives, sell your machine.
A few quick notes though:
- It is looking increasingly likely that MGS4 WILL come to the Xbox 360, losing the PS3 the last great third party exclusive it had.
- Crackdown was awesome, and is by all accounts longer than Infamous. It also is likely based on rumours that a second is in the works. In the same vein, APB is coming, which has been described as GTA on crack. I think it will be better than both Infamous AND Crackdown.
- Uncharted has an equal and greater counterpoint in Mass Effect. I know you say you dont like RPG's, but this one is shooting based and highly accessible.
- Heavy Rain looks awesome in my opinion, one of the reasons I bought a PS3. But Alan Wake is from Remedy, and is liable to be as good or better.
- MAG is liable to be like Warhawk. Not bad, but not what its cracked up to be.
- GT5 looks to be easily matched by Forza Motorsport 3.
- And this is without looking at Halo, the extra content Microsoft buys for their games, the extra games Microsoft buys (E3?), future Gears games yes. But I admit, as the Xbox 360 owns the other two consoles in RPG's, not liking them removes a reason for you to own a console.
