And there are plenty more games to add to thekitchensink's list like:

Tales of Graces
Silent Hill
Cursed Mountain
Arc Rise Fantasia
Spectrobes: Origins
No More Heroes 2
Dragon Quest X
Kizuna
Valhalla Knights: Eldar Saga
The REmakes

All of these games allow me to ignore the crappy games that come out

I can't believe I missed all of those!  Now, ctk, what exactly is the problem with Wii's software lineup again?

Edit: Also Trace Memory R, Endless Ocean, Dynamic Slash--yeah, there's absolutely NOTHING to complain about anymore.

Tales of Graces is going to be a good on :)

@alfredofroylan

People love drama.

Not to mention the Virtual Console, which in my opinion is better than the entire PSWii60 lineup combined.

I agree with that.

Damn how I miss the late 80´s and the early 90´s.

To be honest, there are a couple of companies that I don't mind if they don't focus on the Wii. Groups like Epic Games and Tecmo are all about pushing advanced technology as far as it will go--it's not an insult to the Wii, it just doesn't fit into their mission.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

I am talking to all Wii owners mainly those who have the Wii as their main platform(So if you have another console as your main console and just coming to  say stuff like get a next gen console please leave.)(Also if you are one of those people who likes to play the "good unbias"guy of the internet, that probably owns two or more consoles and says that they understand the situation and we are actually getting good third party support.Don´t even bother since I will not reply(NOT TODAY!)Also this is not a "LETZ BASH THE WIIZ"thread since I love the Wii and I want it to get respect.

With that said it is Wii´s third year by this time around I thought Nintendo and everyone else would have start making what Reggie likes to call"Bridge" games. An example is Mario Kart Wii that both hardcore and casual gamers can mutually enjoy.Mario Kart Wii has sold really good even outselling Brawl.

Just check this out:

CONSOLE
Ninja Gaiden® Sigma 2 (PlayStation®3 / Fall 2009)
· Playable demo (approx. 10 minutes)
· Video
· Ninja Gaiden models!
QUANTUM™ (PlayStation®3 / 2010)
· On-site demo by staff (approx. 10 minutes)
· Video
Undead Knights™ (PlayStation®Portable / Fall 2009)
· On-site demo by staff (approx. 10 minutes)
· Video
Family Fun Football™ (Wii™ / Fall 2009)

· Football arcade machine with giveaways and referee model!

WTF DID THE WII DO WRONG!*SIGH*

Also I anticipate the first 4 posts.

P1:Stop whinning.

P2:Wii has Monster Hunter 3.

P3:Nintendo will have something in store on the E3(But they won´t most likely they wil just announce Pikmin 3 :/)

Soriku:Don´t act like trestres.Kingdom Hearts 3 Wii exclusive!!!!!

Hmm.  You list 3 PS games that sound marginal, at best.  (NG2 sucked compared to NG1).  So.. whats your point exactly?  Listing 4 likely crappy games?

Stop getting so excited about a Kid Icarus remake... the original NES Icarus sucked.

Wii has plenty to look forward to in the near future.

The Conduit
Wii Sports Resort
Motion+ Sports games
Red Steel 2
Punch-Out!!
Sin & Punishment 2
Animales De La Muerte
At least two more games from High Voltage (one of which is an FPS)
Excitebots just came out
Monster Hunter
Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers

Tons more

I consider Sin & Punishment, Punch-Out!!, and Excitebots to be examples of this 'bridge' strategy.

yeeeeah, and we have yet the Nintendo games (probably Zelda this year), some teasers, secret games from Capcom, etc. I know that everybody will laugh of my face, but I believe in a Resident evil 5 for the Wii, because the RE4 did a great job in the sales, and they can use the engine of the RE4 (that is beautiful and very realistic).

and I have a 360, but I understand the situation, I had the Wii first, and my PC is a crap...

I like both, I regularly play Animal Crossing: City Folk, while at the same time playing core games like MadWorld and Zelda

So, you're saying.. you prefer your crappy games to be from specific genres. Gotcha.

Is that secret going to be reveal on this E3?

PS:The kids at GAF like to talk thrash about the Wii.

This thread is a lot like this one: http://www.vgchartz.com/forum/thread.php?id=72002&page=1

Bottom line for me: Wii hasn't proved itself as a mature gaming system, hence very little mature games are developed for it (in comparison to the HD's).

# of games above 75 on Metacritic (including downloadable):

360: 241     DS: 144

PS3: 152     PSP: 126

Wii: 85
