japan counts quite highly for ps3 namco sales where the 360 is struggling
but I'd like to know the amount of money Namco made of downloadable content

It makes sense then since the Japanese have more love for the PS3. |
exactly! I'm trying to think what games Namco have brought out this past year *pops off to the WW charts*

i checked 2, the most recent ones i think
Ace Combat - 360 --------------- 0.66 mln
Hawx - 360 --------------- 0.27 mln
Hawx - PS3 --------------- 0.26 mln
That's kind of disappointing since they released an amazing 360 game (tales of vesperia) last year..
The Ace combat series was well established on the ps1 and ps2, so I was suprised when namco announced ace combat 6 exclusive to the 360. If AC6 was multiplat it would have sold very well espacially in japan on the ps3, I still wonder why namco did something so stupid, they totally abandoned an establised and proven fan base for the series. But props to namco and the ace combat series, I hope for the sake of the series namco goes multi on the next game.
I don't think 360 even sold 2mil sw unit in japan last year... i don't think these are japanese only.

They have the Naruto Games on PS2 and PS3...That's why it's such a Land Slide effect

Nobody is saying they're Japan only. Just that Namco bandi does well in Japan and thats the PS3/Wii/PS2's strong hold
