Yeah i do truly hope this (as i have both) InFAMOUS is a first day buy for me I would say, i really enjoyed it. Don't think it will sell well though (luckily for Kantor this is not what this is about) as shown next to Crackdown.

360 will hopefully fire with some beauties. I am ironically basing my bet on the fact that in fact we have not seen anything impressive from ms, they must have something...

 

I wonder what Crackdown sales would have been if they didn't include the Halo 3 beta.

Maybe games like these just don't sell well on their own and that is why even Sony had to add a beta code to their title?

Prototype may experience the same problem.

I certainly hope not though.

Yes, development times are bigger on the PS3 so this situation is normal... (it is a bit trollish I know, but not far from the truth...).

Maybe you can also think that PS3 first/2nd party developers take a long time to perfect their games. Hence when they come out they are such awesome like Killzone2, LBP, Res2 etc. Not glitch ridden broken online like Gears of War 2 *cough *cough.

BTW I have always seen you put down Killzone 2, yet your avatar seems to be the ISA tactician from KZ2 itself.

Well I'a bit like the hero of "Full Metal Jacket" wearing a Yin&yan badge on his marine uniform in the middle of the vietnam war.

It is not because I play it that I became a blind member of the PS3 legion... still, the artwork is incredible and the game is good.

I just hate people telling me what I'm supposed to believe.



 

Evan Wells (Uncharted 2): I think the differences that you see between any two games has much more to do with the developer than whether it’s on the Xbox or PS3.

This shows just how few great games the consoles are getting nowadays in comparison to the handhelds.

My personal three would be: Killzone 2, Uncharted 2, GT5 or GOWIII. I have not played inFamous yet but I don't think it will fit into that list.

Hopefully people will appreciate this one more, i quite like this style of sandbox game, gta and saints row have the standard 'sandbox style' covered, i want one that is fun. One that doesnt try to be similar, case in point InFAMOUS and Crackdown, i am getting sick of the same games over and over again.

that's true - when i look at currently upcoming psp games i really don't know when i actually will play all those games i want to purchase - there's like 40 upcoming games i'm really interested in and they still coming.

Wii for me: MH-Tri, punch out, Sin and punishment, Possible pikmin 3. Yuo never know what Nintendo will show on E3

Also, the DS has a pretty strong line up.

BTW, good going ha. Alan wake doesn't count b/c is on pc. But you never included pc so.... i guess it qualifies right??? Because console and pc don't compete with each other...
