This is getting silly. Graphics are awesome. But I'd rather a game doesnt cut short on features. The absolute worst part of KZ2 is not being able to even play 2 player same console with my mate. If MW2 has coop like Halo 3 it already beats KZ2.

CoD4 had graphics that did the job, but weren't ever great compared to titles pushing graphics.

Why would IW change that formula? They have always focused on great gameplay, great MP and solid graphics at best.

Isn't that like saying movie enthusiast shouldn't care about image quality and should be content to watch movies in low res youtube quality with bad special effects and lighting instead of crystal clear image quality with very convincing special effects and atmospheric lighting?

Everyone I know, including Wii gamers seem te care about the graphics. For example Mario Galaxy looks relatively good compared to other Wii games.

Graphics and audio quality are important to me. Of course gameplay + game design > graphics + audio, just like acting performance + movie settings and story are more important to a movie, but still...

CoD4 looked amazing. Modern Warfare 2 can't look any worse, can it?

I dont mind even if it looks like Cod4 will buy the game anyway.

I certainly prefer Killzone 2's single player and online multi-player over what Halo 3 provides overall.

The game wasn't designed for offline co-op, similar to the bulk of PC shooters aren't (before this gen I was a PC gamer). For example Bioshock didn't even support online multi-player, let alone co-op, it was loved by many 360 fans though (Game of the Year 2007 for many).

Offline co-op, if done right can be a value add feature, it's by no means a default requirement for a game. I guess for the 360 offline multiplayer is relatively of more importance, as you have to pay extra each year for online multi-player and there's a lack of virtually lag free dedicated servers.

This game will sell well regardless of graphics , plenty of COD4 owners hungry for an iteration (many COD5 also).

I recently completed COD: World at War, although not Killzone 2 with regard to graphics, atmosphere and polish, IMO the graphcis were still satisfying. I hadn't really played a WW2 game for many years, by far the best WW2 FPS I have ever played!

It's really amazing they push out games of this quality each year.

Gotta Remember this is a teaser for a game coming out in another 6 months. There are always time for fixes and changes. You all know that Infinity Ward does good work so don't even know this topic was necessary

I fixed it for accuracy. In either case I'll still get it. Cod is a pretty good franchise.

I still think cod 1 was the best though :p especially it's multiplayer (with the united offensive expansion pack ofcourse)

And ofcourse graphics matter. To anyone in here. Even those who claims it does not.

Would you get it if it looked like doom 2 ? i highly doubt so. :p
