The Ars article does a good job of shooting holes in the ZunePass service.
It would be wholly superior to iTunes were it not for the whole "keep only 10 songs per month" problem.

Although I've always thought the Zune was better. The only thing keeping me from getting a Zune now is the iPod touch. If they come out with a Zune Touch or Zune Phone Touch i'll jump all over that.
