The FFXIII stuff is most likely real (maybe some FMV thrown in, they admitted it with the original trailer) but the Versus shots are all CG. It's not running on the game engine. And it goes without saying that Agito is similarly all CG so far.

I'm strangely disappointed. These shots aren't new at all. All we get are higher quality, selective shots from the closed theater Jump Festa 2006 trailer while the games get shuffled right back into "closed theater" presentations for TGS after skipping E3 entirely.

It's almost like they don't exist.
