i dont think "chav" is specific to any one ethnicity

i use "chav" to refer to young people who break the law for no reason and who hang around in gangs looking for ways to cause trouble, generally they are also incredibly dumb

edit: by law, in this case i mean stealing, attacking people and racism

Congratz!

While you were waiting, you should have copied the images and videos to your PC. When the cops came, you could have asked if there was any laws against posting them on YouTube. 

If not, I would have posted everything I had about those suns of bitches on the web, and contacted my local media outlets.

I didn't save any of the photos, I didn't see why I should really. But it is true, you can look up the old threads I made about this guy if you like.

Anyway, to those who say chav is a racist term, it is most certainly NOT a racist term. I know a lot of chavs who are White, Indian, Black and so on. In fact I would go as far to say that I don't know as many white chavs as indian.

Chav is just a group term, saying it's racist would be like saying the words rocker, punk, indie kid, whatever, are all racist, which I think you agree they are not.
