I like how it includes the disclaimer at the end that doesn't apply to anything on that list.

Yet plenty of games never come to America.

Wonder why they keep leaving off Zelda Twilight Princess from these lists.

^ Gamecube version sales?

I am sure it is that reason. Then again the Wii will probably get two more Zelda games.

Ah, yeah, nice that the asterisk didn't carry over into the post. Y'know.

Here is what I said when we first heard about this.

Here is VGC during the same time frame. (ends the same time as Nintendo's shipment numbers)

SMG - 8.024 million.
Wii Play - 22.8 million.
Brawl - 8.5 million.
Link's Crossbow Training - 3.84 million.
Animal Crossing - 2.9 million. (good job on this one!)
MK Wii - 15.5 million.
Wii Fit - 18 million.
Mario Party 8 - 6.47 million

So, some overtracking on most Wii games not Animal Crossing and MP8.

"We'll toss the dice however they fall,
And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

^^^ The actual thing. On page 6.

These are all the games which shipped 1 million units between April 1, 2008, and March 31, 2009, with yearly and total sales.

So Twilight Princess, and a gazillion other 1st party million-sellers are not listed because they did not ship 1 million units in that period.

Gamespot apparantly sucks and decided not to provide context or most of the info on the chart.

"[Our former customers] are unable to find software which they WANT to play."
"The way to solve this problem lies in how to communicate what kind of games [they CAN play]."

Satoru Iwata, Nintendo President. Only slightly paraphrased.

Gamespot sucks really hard. MP3, Mario Strikers, Zelda, etc missing. They know this, but they hate Nintendo.
