it's an adjustment not because of this weeks numbers, if we go by the leaked media create numbers then wii is over slightly over 50% market share this week. The problem to me is that it looked like wii was slipping in Europe but now it is selling as much as ps3+360 again.

The real question is: how much is the deviation percentage on a hundred percentage? That can not be o %. If that's more than 0.1, then this argument or thread is useless. Except for those who use it to prove their point, like the OP.

Most people don't celebrate over advantages which aare framed negatively, or implied to be framed negatively. When you make a topic about how the Wii is down, you're essentially inviting people to celebrate a console falling behind rather than its competitors doing well, and fewer people will want to celebrate that.

People who only own HD consoles gave up fighting about marketshare a long time ago.

Well except one of course.

Well I didn't mean that to include everyone, of course, but the majority of owners gave up on that.

It's about the games, after all.

And 360's are always up on shelves here (I actually just picked one up =) ), same with PS3s, same with Wiis, although there seem to be less Wiis ;).

They didn't gain anything. The actual marketshare didn't change, Just the (incorrect) numbers representing them. Or are you too happy to see that.
