Thats cause Ea sucks.

Anyone want to take a guess on how hard the PS2 version will bomb?

Tag - "No trolling on my watch!"

Take note EA - don't expect Ninty fans/owners to buy crap/underdone games.

This was a *certain* purchase for me - until I read the reviews. Then it become a certain not purchase. Still looking out for it as a rental to see if my wife likes it enough for a purchase...

Nocturnal is helping companies get cheaper game ratings in Australia:

Game Assessment website

Wii code: 2263 4706 2910 1099

Even though the game was probably cheap to develop, they're probably getting burned on this because of the including mic. It does retails for $50, right?

"[Our former customers] are unable to find software which they WANT to play."
"The way to solve this problem lies in how to communicate what kind of games [they CAN play]."

Satoru Iwata, Nintendo President. Only slightly paraphrased.

i'm so glad this piece of shit bombed..

It's $60 because of the mic

Hi, this is Vince with Shamwow.

I considered this purchase until the playlist and reviews came out. The songs suck for the most part. And the reviews were nothing to write home about. I still think this game will have good legs throughout the holiday season. I see it reaching 150,000 sold by end of year.

And maybe BOOGIE II, with a modern set list for songs.

in all fairness, it's not that bad.

grossed ~4mln, so ~2mln gross profit to EA. how much did it cost to develop it? probably like 3 mln. so EA's fine if it sells 100,000 copies, which is quite possible.

in fact, retailers probably ordered 100,000 copies, so EA could already be making money on this.

the Wii is an epidemic.

^They had A LOT of Advertising for it,though, from what I could see. On ABC Family, they had 2-3 weeks of shows airing from 7-11 that were "Brought to you by Boogie"

Regardless of review scores, incomprehensible advertisements(no gameplay footage, cryptic messages about what the game was about) and a $60 price tag, as well as a questionably appealing soundtrack doomed this title.
