well Halo 3 did it in one game lol.

Not quite yet, but it is close.

However there are other games that have made it in 1. Call of Duty 4 and 5 maybe multiplatform, but are essentially the same game. As has Guitar Hero 3.

And then a big list of Wii and DS games.

Then go into past generations.

 

I was trying to stick within the frame of x360 exclusives. Trust me, I know tons of games have hit 11m before
