| Jordahn said: I think Ben has proven his point by the obviously reactions from the majority of responses so far. The man is not perfect, but neither are you guys who are cherry picking his points ONLY when it suit your denial. The main point of his article are the "doom-and-gloom claims from the early days of the PlayStation 3" which have been proven untrue with the continual success of the PS3 for the past two and a half years. I also disagree that the PS3 will past 360 sales because I just don't see it happening. But to take this point and to discredit the truth he speak is the epotime of the denial of the growing success, support, and offering of the PS3. Do any of you think that the doom-and-gloom of the PS3 as a viable gaming platform is applicable? If you do, you are either in denial or just ignorant. The doom-and-gloom crowd are the ones Ben is calling out. And it's very obvious that they have responded because they would rather see the console industry without a PS3. But then again, those people probably aren't gamers to begin with because they put their hatred for a console/company before the love of gaming. Oh, and just to let everyone know, I was playing 4 player split screen Halo 3 just last night, and it was awesome and always was! :) |
The doom and gloom just changed form. Sony swallowed massive losses to get to this position, and we get to take a peek at their financials in a weeks time.
Tease.
