I just realized that I'm on a computer writing about video games while I'm eating Cheetos and drinking a Coke.

I play video games all day and talk about video games and dream about them.
The only thing I'm afraid of is taking games seriously. I know it's hard to play games as much as I do and not recognize that it's the equivalent of junk television, and that I am, effectively, wasting my time away. There are people who so desperately want video games to be taken seriously, largely because they play them so goddamn much that they don't want to admit that their time is effectively wasted. Go play WoW for supreme evidence of this phenomenon.
As long as I never fall in to that trap, I am happy. I love my games, just as some 40 year old woman might love her soaps.

I whistle the Final Fantasy Victory theme after completing work on a complex project.
I think the best Opera song in the world is Aria de Mezzo Carettere.
I have played more than 75 board games.
I can go on, but that's enough. *Hides Shame*.
See Ya George.
"He did not die - He passed Away"
At least following a comedians own jokes makes his death easier.
That's the entire reason I gracefully bowed out of every MMO I've ever played. They swallow your soul and nothing good comes out of them.
I wouldn't be married if I hadn't cancelled my WoW account. :D
Now I just put the wife on Blue Dragon and let her run around and search for stuff. Much better.

You also have your very own unique nickname, and custom-made avatar. Kinda like me.
That makes us totally awesome, right? =P

I still shout out "Feeeeeel my poweeeeeeerrrrr" from Captain America on Genesis whenever someone crosses me at work.
I also try to fit in "Riiiiiise from your grave!" in a squeaky voice whenever possible. It never gets old.
God bless 16-bit voice recording.

Well, everytime I find a stray coin in the street, I whistle the "You've found something!" sound from Zelda.
*shrugs*
When you blame Tibor or everything that goes wrong.
Well, I guess that that's a nerd.
When you fail to enjoy games because you're questioning yourself on how they managed to do a particualr effect and think of ways on how they can improve it, and then think of techniques and optimisations that can allow for these new effects to be displayed gracefully on the screen without any slowdown.
Seriously, had I have been able to at the time, I could of sworn that I'd cream my pants when I first read about Unreal Engine 3.
When playing games on your Gamegear is one of your most cherished memories...
The time I wasted...
