I just checked your profile and saw you own one of my all time favorite titles, Diablo II.

Metascore = 88.

That game could have a 75 metascore and I would call it AAA. Why? Easy. Back then when I used to play the PC a lot I never found a game quite like it, not to mention anywhere near it's quality.  

One of the greatest titles I have ever played in 20+ years of gaming. D3 can't come soon enough.

@Euphoria: I consider the term to be completely objective, a formula based on a number that produces a label. If you consider it to be subjective, with opinions and feelings attatched to it, I can see why we're butting heads.

I am not asking you to admit that your standpoint is wrong on the meaning of AAA. I was saying to admit you were wrong when you responding to my post by saying "uhmm.. you mean you think 85+ = AAA", meanwhile that was exactly what I said.

I agree though that our thoughts on the term is exactly why we are butting heads, even though I have no issues with you thinking however you wish to think. I know there are many who agree with your description of AAA.
