I've got Firefox, Internet Explorer, Norton expensive paid anti virusscan, adaware, and a pop up blocker, and "still" I get the same shit every time I visit this website and it's corrupting my computer. It's already been the 5th time in less than a week I had to formate my computer and I'm fed up with that.

Wow, five reinstallments of Windows? Does Microsoft accept you Windows for online registering anymore, or do you have to phone them? Have you XP? Do you update (SP2) it *before* you go online? Did you try an other virus scanner? What does norton say? I don't know how anything can infect you trough IE and Firefox? Can you PM me an email address? Maybe im am able to help.

If you have firefox, install the ad block plus add in and subscribe to the appropriate filter.  I'm using the U.S-based one... If your problem goes away instantly, you know the source...  If it doesn't, it's on the server.  I've yet to have a single issue, ever.  Every time I hear "virus", I'm like WTF?

I hate trolls.

Systems I currently own:  360, PS3, Wii, DS Lite (2)
Systems I've owned: PS2, PS1, Dreamcast, Saturn, 3DO, Genesis, Gamecube, N64, SNES, NES, GBA, GB, C64, Amiga, Atari 2600 and 5200, Sega Game Gear, Vectrex, Intellivision, Pong.  Yes, Pong.

Just want to say, that I have had the same problems..

Stoped using IE because my viruschecker said I got a Trojan each time I visited this site.
I didn't do the predictions laste week bacause of this, and I was number 2 or somthing..
In the weekend I installed Firefox, and there I got the DriveCleaner thing.. When I get that one I quickly press Ctrl+F4 to close the window.

I havn't had any problems today, hope you solved the problems.

Look at the instructions I posted earlier in this thread about removing drivecleaner.  Can you look and see if you have it on your computer (ie, it's in the registry and installed as indicated)?  If you do, let me know, but also try to remove it using the instructions I posted.  Haven't heard anything back from anyone else.

Okay, ioi, now i got a pop up. Do you pop up advertising know? It is from a.tribalfusion.com for a puzzle game (flash). Definitively got it from this site, in the source code is a java script from them.

I've got Firefox...and adblock (sorry..i know it's wrong) and I don't have any problems. I'm in California.

ioi...it's great to see you really tackling this issue and working to resolve it for everyone. We all know that you already have your hands full enough just getting numbers and updating the site. I hope the ads give you a decent revenue stream to help offset all the work you do. If not you should put up a paypall button somewhere on the site.

no isn't the problem, but i got never a pop up from the website, and in these time a pop up is ... suspicious. Doesn't bothers me, with the next Firefox update it will be most likely gone anyway. Just thought I ask :)

I recently had to format one of my computers because of viruses. Especially Tribalfusion popups and a host of other problems. I use firefox exclusively so was surprised. I've haven't had a virus problem in the 3 years before. (With the tribalfusion popups, they would pop up even when no browser was open.)

Just search my harddrive and regdb and didn't found any trace of drivecleaner, so I don't think I have anything installed.
