I know, this is a big subject actually.

I use firefox, and i just have a problem with the website, because a strange window is appear (instead of the website) to propose me to download the program drivecleaner, which is a very hard virus.

I had this problem previously in april, but never the problem is recome since today. I thought, it was finished, but it's not the case apparantly. In april, i had a big luck to escape the virus. Now, i know what do if the window appear. But it's not normal, i think this problem. Even with firefox...

lombard2578, I'd reccommend giving Opera a try, nice and fast and because of it's ~1% market share absolutly no virus'.

At least until VGChartz fixes it's problems, you'd probably find Firefox horrible after you've been Opera.

Once you've been Opera you don't go back.

I haven't had it, but my anti-virus software has recently popped up that has detected something every now and then, which it usually doesn't do. I don't think it is related to this site though.

When I wanted to open a thread I got a window that said I had to download something and that the site I opened is dangerous for my computer.

I click, on home, and my window of firefox has close. Next, a little window has appear to propose me to download the program drivecleaner.
It's only on this website, i have this problem. But, the last time was in april. And it was 4, 5 times in april.
I im going to show you what is appearing, because this page is in memory, but it's dangerous for me maybe.

No problems here I haven't seen any suspicious scripts / site elements listed in my plugins either the site has seemed pretty much perfectly clean to me for the last two or so days at least.

I see the page, but copy and paste don't work.
It's a little window of drivecleaner, which say me my computer is bad securised, that the program will solve the problem, and there is no money to give to have the program. We have the choice to download ar not to download, but even if you click no, it is the same way you click yes. It'is my antivirus which stop the program in april, but it was a big luck. Now, i kill firefox to solve the problem, but it's impossible to close firefox in other way.

Second time, i have the problem. I click on home, you know what happen next.

Yeah i got the same thing. I dont get it regularly, it has only happened twice, but it is only on this site.

Im on firefox, i shut one of the thread windows (had multiple tabs open) and then all of a sudden im asked if i want to install drive cleaner. I of course clicked cancel and then it tried to take me to the site anyway and i stopped it. Ive seen it before in IE so i know how to avoid it, but a lot of ppl dont and it is very nasty.
