I think it can do it if it can it will be the 1st time the ps3 achieves this feat, it will also get my prediction of PS3>Wii 10 times in Japan in 09 complete finnaly i may cut this crap out with these threads and we still havent had the anticipated PS3 price cut   I honestly didnt think it would last this long i really thought it would only outsell the Wii 2-3 weeks in a row things really have changed for the PS3 in japan lately.

If it does do it i'll throw a big PS3>Wii in Japan 10 times in a row super bash party

I personally think the PS3 will win out this week again but next week will likely see the change of this trend until either FFXIII or GT5 is released in Japan and then the PS3 will be right up there again for a while!

Anyways i'm depressed both consoles didnt get an increase during golden week(at least according to prelimenaries...). last year the wii did 70k... maybe wii will get a better boost

I think its entirely possible.. Wii had a huge game release (Monster Hunter G) last week and it still didn't beat the PS3.

I wonder how well it would go over if I made a thread for this for America of Wii outselling PS3. I'd probably get banned haha.

For the thread it'll be close and once again probably difference will be negligible. We'll probably show PS3 on top so I guess that is who I'll go with. But it depends whether or not PS3 is done falling from FFXIII. BHR didn't believe me last time on how much it was going to drop haha. But Golden Week might offset further drops but from the preliminary Golden Week hasn't sounded to great for any hardware yet.

But still probably PS3 on top but differences will be negligible.

It is possible,I am guessing the pattern will be repeated until Nintendo launched an important game that will move sales.

Wii should be able to take it as PS3's boost was a one and done thing because it wasn't even something that dealed with a game. Just a little special that a few took advantage of. Thus it will come down pretty hard. While Wii should get a boost as some of the Monster Hunter fanbase jumps over to Wii.

So it'll probably still be pretty close but I think Wii had an edge this week. But once again like most of those victories PS3 has had, they've been so negligible that it was probably a tie given ratio of error. It might be something similar this week for whoever "wins".

i knew it would drop but i knew it woudnt drop below 20k which it didnt
