Of course it has. Unless you're from a parallel universe. Monster Hunter 3, Samurai Warriors 3, Dragon Quest X, Tales of Graces, etc. The Wii had none of these games when it launched and half of the developers behind them had pretty much turned their back on the Wii.

What people are falsely arguing under the guise of switching development is that the Wii doesnt have a monopoly on 3rd parties. Fact of the matter is that it never will, but a couple of NIS games and Yakuza aren't changing the fact that a lot of weight has switched in the Wii's favor.

Of course, but to say that Japanese development has switched completely to Wii is an exaggeration.

I would think if it were truly so, then the Wii would have gotten some more announcements than the Ps3 for this year at least.

True, at least that's the impression that I have from the latest announcements from Japan of last months.

That's true, PS3 has gotten many more announcements this year than the Wii. I'll provide a list of games that are coming up for both platforms.

Second half has to be different. It's illogical that the console with the biggest userbase is the one getting less announcements. Not really making any sense.

I'm not going to add Excitebots, mainly because I'm not adding most of the Western developed games for the PS3 or Wii. I'm not adding, Ratchet & Clank, Infamous, Uncharted, The Conduit, EA Grand Slam, Overlord, NMH2, etc. Only games that are either Japanese developed and relevant to Japan. No games that will probably be insignificant.

I might add Kensax, but so far we have no info on what the game actually is other than a web search game, so I'll add Spawn Smasher only.

About The Calling, has it been confirmed already? If it has, I'll add it.
