Hmm, I've had a hard time coming up with this, but here it is (including console exclusives and not just exclusives):

1. Mass Effect 2
2. Alan Wake
3. Splinter Cell: Conviction

And I never played Mass Effect or a Splinter Cell game before, so that list isn't even all that exciting to me...

360 exclusives for 2009? what there are some? XD

The only exclusive that interests me is Alan Wake though I doubt that'll be 2009.

Halo ODST & Splinter Cell. I would also say Alan Wait & Mass Effect 2 but one is coming next year and one isn't confirmed for this year.

Microsoft's lineup is pretty pathetic for this year, not that Sony's is much better but yeah. 2009 looks pretty yawn

Modern Warfare 2, Assassin's Creed 2, Bioshock 2, Uncharted 2, Ratchet and Clank a Crank in Time, Halo ODST, Splinter Cell Conviction. Ghost Recon 4, MAG, Heavy Rain, Red Dead Revolution, Dirt 2, Need for Speed Shift and many more

What the hell do you want then. Every single type of genre is represnted on that list, apart from RPG, but that is only because I forgot about Dragon Age Origins and White Knight Chronicles

There's nothing exciting on that list, modern warfare 2, yeah lets not even go there. and bioshock didnt need a sequel it was perfect in and of itself, and will likely be ruined by this cash in "sequel"
