Forums - Sales - The Conduit sales justification Bingo

... and back on topic:

Wii owners are hungry for anything.
Most of those copies are gathering dust.
If they hadn't kiddied it down for a T rating...
They probably had retailer bundles with Wii Fit.
Moms bought it mistaking it for employment training for future electricians.

Because EVERYONE buys Little King's Story instead.... I wish.....

I don't think theConduit will do very well though, Maybe it'll match CoDs sales, but being new IP that could be hard and I don't think the internet hype matters that much when trying to reach bigger sales. Good graphics for the wii just isn't a good selling point, as it will still have to compete with games on PS3/360.A lot of people own multiple consoles and the ones that will buy a game for the graphics and like's shooter probably own a PS3/360. So far the game looks very generic to me and unless it get's a metacritic score of 95 or somthing, I won't care about it more than any other genric shooter.
However I think the T-rating could possible be a big advantage, as there are very few shooters teens are allowed to play.

If that is the case, you've probably only played 4 games this entire gen.......

The problem is that I have and I'm getting tired of them. So unless a game has something different to offer or is absolutly fantastic I don't really feel the need to play through yet another shooter anytime soon. It doesn't look like The Conduit will fulfill the first requirement, and there isn't anything yet that says it will fullfill the latter.
