Actually, Madden on the Wii sells well. If you're saying Madden on the Wii isn't selling well, you're calling the PS3 version flops also.

Yes indeed it is, and people looked at it and put it down from my experience.

07, 08, 09 are selling about the same on the Wii, it's just that on the PS3 as the userbase grows more people will buy those games.

There was also more marketing for Madden on the PS3 and 360 plus they both had collectors editions and all the ads made a huge deal out of the new mechanics of the game learning how you play, and EA didn't say anything about the Wii version, I had to wait till it was already out to see the make your own route function worked on Wii.  Bottom line is if you don't market towards your audience you don't get sales and Madden 09 was a prime example.

I expect EA to market 2010 version as they want to really show they can succeed on the Wii, i Don't expect anymore than the 2008 sales number.

 

 

Unless they make it good IE like Tiger Woods I wouldn't expect it to sell more then a million, when it comes to Sports games and Wii it seems it's either good or nothing.

I want to thank kingofwale for keeping the hype going on this game. You know it's going to be awesome with so many PS3 and other non Wii owners talking about it.
