i want to see NHL numbers next month!

maybe EA needs to make Madden CFL...

pfft. EA couldn't handle only 3 downs!

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

DS beat the Wii the last two months in Canada. Perhapse this has some to do with Nintendo prioritizing shipments of Wii's to the US. Anyway Nintendo is still on top, with the 360 right there, and the PS2 still holding very strong. PSP is probably down due to the anticipation of the PSP 2000.

Iono about other provinces, but here in Quebec I don't see too many Wiis.

The other day I went to Wal Mart and I saw only few Wiis and they just got them...

Well due that Canada isn't as much populated as US I guess they send a lot more there.

It'll be interesting to see if the 360 can outsell the PS3 by 3:1 in the coming months...

I pulled some numbers out of my ass for last months sales and here is how close i was. As you can tell my ass is not very good at predicting numbers. But my DS/360 numbers are very good.

DS- -6.1%
wii- +23.7%
360- -1.1%
Ps2- +14.9%
PS3- +39.5%
PSP- +18.6%

impressive for 360, but it must be noted they got a $100 price drop. Also PS3 got a $150 price drop in July so you can still see the affects from that (granted they aren't very good).

currently playing: Skyward Sword, Mario Sunshine, Xenoblade Chronicles X

WoW, Xbox 360 is selling very well in Canada

In contrast to the US, Canadians actually got a reasonable price reduction of $100 ($500 to $400) on the priemium XBox 360 bundle which still contains the incentives that Microsoft has been pushing for awhile; and the PS3 dropped from $700 to $550. This was mostly because of a (long due) correction in the prices due to the exchange rate.

Incorrect.  The PS3 was always $659.99 and it dropped to $559.99.  It was never $700.  I can attest to that because #1.  I am Canadian.  #2.  I've been to many Canadian retailers and they are ALL that price, at least the big named retailers.

Sorry, but not true.  I live in Québec and when it launched, I've seen the PS3 at 700$ at a lot of places.  As I've seen the Wii increase from 279$ to 289$ in some place some months after the launch, when Wii were no where to be found (And it's still the case here, I haven't seen a single Wii since luanch day in November)
