£54.99 seems kinda high but its still cheaper then Wii Fit or RE5 collectors edition which both cost $89.99US without taxes (which is roughly £60).

I won't comment on wii fit's price, because i think the wii and almost everything related is a piece of crap. Especially when, like me, you've known nintendo through snes era.

As for RE5 collector edition, which content i don't clearly know about, i suppose it is not that worth the price. After all, star ocean 4's collector edition contains a guide and a soundtrack which, to my opinion, are the only things worth buying a collector edition.

And to compare with euro price of games, star ocean 4 simple edition's price is 60 euros, which is the price for rpg in europe this gen (which i don't understand, why 50 hours-long game can be 10 euros cheaper than 3 fucking hours-long crappy grey fps... when it is not some, pardon me to think it is not that great, 8 hours-long grey fps) while 70 euros is the price for most games.

Star ocean 4 collector edition's price is the one of a regular game here.

Holy cow, that collector's edition is amazing! Man I wish they had sold those here in the US, I would have purchased that in a heartbeat!

Where did you find that image? Can you give me the link?

If what i see in this image is the real final product, that means the image for the collector edition will not be a "all in one box" and the box of the game, then the game is still in a regular box with the regular european front cover, right?

If it is the case, it's good because i like the regular cover more than the collector edition front cover.

Do we know what songs are on the soundtrack and how many are available?

thanks, even if there is no real new information.

X360 Western release of Star Ocean 4 delayed by a few months after releasing in Japan earlier thisn year. I believe Star Ocean 4 will appear shortly on PS3 in the near future and it will sell more on PS3 than XBox 360 which is the rule of thumb in regards to JRPG game sales.

For all the hours you can get out of SO4 especially if you do all the side quests I guess £54.99 isn't that bad for a collectors edition of a game so I take back what I said earlier. I do think that the collectors edition of RE5 was a bit overpriced and is not much better then most other collectors editions of games that usually cost $69.99US. As for Wii Fit I think its also overpriced but if you actually use it on a regular basis and don't get bored with it after one or two weeks I guess its worth the money.

you seem to be a troll, no such thing is allowed here.

By the way, tell me the sales of white knight chronicles and demon's souls in japan with 3 times more consoles than 360 and let me laugh to your "it will sell more on PS3 than XBox 360 which is the rule of thumb in regards to JRPG game sales."

Besides when it will be officially announced (if it is one day, cause squareenix is not namco, where are your infinite undiscovery and the last remnant on ps3? lol ) you can boast about it, until then, shut the fuck up.

Besides, what you call delay, i call it translation in all european languages time.

The thing about SO4 coming to the PS3 is:

We've only seen a few 360 JRPGs goto the PS3: Enchanted Arms (which was by a dev that worked quite a bit on PS titles), Eternal Sonata, and Tales of Vesperia (soon).

The issue is that ToV was semi-inevitable, given the fact that Eternal Sonata shares the same engine as ToV.

If SO4 was to come to the PS3, the precursor would be IU to the PS3. And that hasn't been announced yet. Not a good sign for a troll like PS3beats360.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
