I'd never let anyone sign up to the site and I'd advertise VG Chartz all over the tv saying you can't come to VG Chartz because it's all mine. Then everyone will want to go to VG Chartz and I'll get abunch of people trying to sign up. So then I'll tell everyone that I'll only be letting 2 people sign up every week and the earliest sign ups get in. Then eventually I'll let a little more and a little more in every week, then eventually I'll let everyone get in then I'll have a million members, and I'll sell the web site for billions and go live on a tropical island somewhere in the Bahamas.
